Our Legal Team at Warner, Bates, McGough, McGinnis & Portnoy comprises one of the larger family law firms in Atlanta and in the United States. Our attorneys are recognized authorities on domestic relations and family law issues having lectured extensively, published countless books and articles and appeared on numerous television programs. We are also bar association leaders and members of such prestigious professional organizations as the American College of Trial Lawyers. Three of our lawyers are former chairmen of the Family Law Section of the Georgia Bar and have also served as Presidents of the Georgia Chapter of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers – membership of which is one of the highest honors a family lawyer can earn. A number of our lawyers have also been repeatedly listed among The Best Lawyers In America.
